Anson’s expertise spans a wide array of techniques, from perming and coloring to creating innovative hair designs. His commitment to excellence has led him to travel the world, gaining advanced training in the UK, South Korea, Taiwan, Hong Kong, and more, bringing cutting-edge techniques back to his valued clients.
As co-founder and Creative Stylist, Anson’s mission is to craft the perfect style for each client, ensuring they leave AJE SALON brimming with confidence. Jophy
Jophy enjoys strategising and executing full-on hair makeovers, and takes satisfaction in the smiles of happy guests. With several years of styling experience, his ultimate goal is to achieve maximum customer satisfaction.
His creativity is especially optimised in the various shades of colour mixes that he pulls out to suit each individual personality. Persistent effort and commitment further support him to participate in numerous hair shows and competition across Spain, China, Korea and Japan. With over 20 years in the hair industry, Ginny Lim is an expert salon technician at AJE Salon. Known for her gentle demeanor and meticulous attention to detail, this expert salon technician has earned the trust and admiration of clients and colleagues alike.
Ginny’s specialties include scalp massage, blow-dry styling, and hair coloring and perming. Her skilled hands and creative eye transform each visit into a relaxing and rejuvenating experience. As a master assistant to the hairstylists, she ensures that every client leaves the salon looking and feeling their best.

Oscar
At 37, Oscar has been in the hairdressing industry for 20 years. He has dedicated his career to helping clients rediscover their confidence through hairstyling. Oscar ran his own salon for 15 years, experiencing the challenges of busyness, stress, success, and eventually closure. While hairdressing is neither easy nor always high-paying, these experiences have reinforced his passion, turning it into a fulfilling career.
Oscar specialises in designing hairstyles tailored to each individual. In Singapore, over 70% of people struggle with flat or lifeless hair, often due to humid weather, lifestyle habits, hair loss, or insufficient hair support.
He focuses on solving flat hair issues and creating hairstyles with more structure and dimension. His expertise includes high crown styling, root volumising, carbon perm roots, and Morgan perm, all designed to lift, enhance structure, and give a more natural, dimensional appearance to the hair.
There is no universal standard in aesthetics or absolute right and wrong. Each hairstyle is crafted based on the client’s face shape, personality, and temperament, ensuring a style that truly reflects them. With careful attention and dedication, Oscar’s work transforms hairstyles into more than just looks—they become a boost of confidence.

Lemon
Lemon has 5–6 years of experience in the hairdressing industry and specialises in shampooing, blow-drying, coloring, perming, and a variety of hair treatments, including scalp massages that help clients relax while receiving professional service. Every task is carried out with patience and attention to detail, aiming for perfection in every aspect.
Through expertise and meticulous care, Lemon ensures that each client leaves looking beautiful and feeling uplifted, making every visit a relaxed and enjoyable experience.

Ann
Ann works at AJE as an assistant, primarily supporting with perms, hair coloring, and treatments. She enjoys engaging with clients, whether discussing their work, daily life, or small everyday stories, finding it interesting to hear different people’s experiences.
Her specialty is hair coloring, as she believes that color can transform a person’s overall vibe. A new hair color can completely change someone’s appearance and even shift their mood, giving the feeling of a fresh start.
